  • In order to book a function at the hotel, please be aware that we cannot hold a date for you until a deposit is retained.   
  • Once you have placed a deposit with the hotel, that date is held for your function only.
  • Cancellations must be at least  90 days prior to your confirmed date. 
  • Deposits are not refundable with a cancellation for a function less than 90 days of the reserved date.
  • The amount of the deposit is commensurate with the size of your function and will be calculated at the time of booking.
